JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a motivated and driven Non-IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across non-technical roles. This role offers exposure to a wide range of industries, including industries such as finance, insurance, Edtech, E-commerce and etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles based on client requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Track and manage candidate progress in the recruitment system.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for smooth onboarding processes.
